Return Policy

Please inspect and count all goods upon receipt. A cutting ticket is not considered proof of shortage. We are not responsible for any goods after dyeing or printing.

Testing of Goods: It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect and test the goods upon receipt—prior to cutting—to ensure they meet specific requirements, performance standards, or intended applications. This includes, but is not limited to, assessments of colorfastness, shrinkage, sewability, stitching quality, weight/yield, and overall appearance.

All claims or demands regarding defective fabric must be submitted in writing within five (5) days of receipt of the goods. A written return authorization from the seller is required for all returns.

Any issues related to fabric quality or pricing must be reported within five (5) days of receipt.


Dispute and Collection Terms

In the event of a dispute or non-payment, the buyer agrees to be responsible for 100% of all costs and expenses incurred by the seller in the collection of unpaid amounts. This includes, but is not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, and other related expenses.

All unpaid balances will accrue interest at a rate of 12% per annum, starting from the due date until paid in full.
